This quote really struck a chord with me and it’s so true, some days I feel like I’m just freefalling until I reach bedtime….. It is now six months since I returned to work following maternity leave, in ways the time has absolutely flown by but in other ways the days have felt long and sometimes stressful. It’s tough going and there’s days we’re both absolutely exhausted!
Today we have been together for 2000 days!! And what an adventure it’s been!
I know this is a totally random fact but I figured it out a while ago and then forgot about it…… so all of a sudden the day is here! Why? I hear you ask……
Well, when we were trying to choose a wedding date, we knew we wanted a winter wedding in 2013 but couldn’t pick a date of any significance so I tried to come up with ideas and we discovered that on Wednesday 13th November 2013 it would be 1000 days from our first date, so the wedding date was set!
So I thought it would be significant to figure out when we would hit 2000 days! It doesn’t sound very long really, but its
So here I am after much talking and procrastinating with my very own blog! I’ve thought about doing this for quite some time, but have never managed to get round to it, so now with even less time than ever I have finally taken the plunge! I love to read blog posts and I have my favourite ‘go to’ blogs when I have a quiet moment with a cuppa! I have never interacted on the blogging scene but hope that now I have got to grips with the set up a bit more I will become more actively involved.
